He is the author of 12+ published technology books, primarily with McGraw-Hill (and its Osborne and Education imprints), including Cloud Computing: A Practical Approach (about 1,500 scholarly citations).
Tony is a US Army and National Guard veteran. He is the founder of LocalStar Digital, a generative-engine and search optimization agency. He has advised Fortune 500 teams on enterprise AI implementation, governance, and security, and builds AI systems for clients and his own businesses.
